Willington Archers CTAA Spring Classic:
On May 11, the Willington Archers JOAD invite you to compete at the CTAA Spring Classic
Star Fita Tournament. The tournament will be held in
Willington, CT at the River Road Athletic Complex on Route 32 (Exit 70 off of Rout 84)

CTAA State Outdoor Championships:
On June 14 and 15th, the CTAA Outdoor Championships will be held in
Willington, CT at the River Road Athletic Complex on Route 32 (Exit 70 off of Rout 84)

CONNECTICUT ARCHERS MAKE ALL-ACADEMIC ARCHERY TEAM:
Congratulations go out to several Connecticut archers who have made the College Archery Program’s 2008 All-Academic Archery Team.
Congratulations go out to Chris Pelletier of UCONN, Tina Jeon of Yale University, Victoria Flagg of UCONN and Brittany Lorenti of
James Madison University, all of whom are full-time students who have maintained a GPA of 3.0 or higher and finished in the top 25% of their
divisions at U.S. Indoor Nationals.

CONNECTICUT ARCHER, BRITTANY LORENTI WINS GOLD AT ARIZONA CUP:
Congratulations to Brittany Lorenti for winning the Gold in her division at the Arizona Cup earlier this month.
The Arizona Cup is not only a Senior United States Archery Team qualifier but also a World Ranking Event.

2008 CTAA State Indoor Championships:
On Feburary 15 - 17'th, 2008 seventy eight archers competed in the 2008 Connecticut
State Indoor Target Archery Championship. The location for this event was the
Radcliff-Hicks Arena on the University of Connecticut Campus in Storrs, CT.
The CT Target Archers Association would like to thank the UCONN archery club, NAA Judging staff, volunteers
and all the archers for making this years tournament the largest Connecticut indoor State Championship yet. Additionally,
a big thank you goes out to the University of Connecticut for hosting this years tournament.

Results of Connecticuts first Annual Fall Classic Tournament Posted:
Connecticut's first annual Fall Classic was held at Radcliff-Hicks Arena at
UCONN on November 30 to December 2, 2007. Seventy six archers participated including competitors from four
different colleges. We would like to thank UConn, Brandeis, University of New Hampshire and Wellesley for participating
and for making this a successful event.
